Empowering Communities through CSR: Our Skilling Initiatives with Hindalco, UltraTech, and NCL

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) plays a vital role in driving inclusive and sustainable development across India. Since 2020, our organization has been proud to serve as a Project Implementing Agency for CSR initiatives supported by leading corporations such as Hindalco Industries, UltraTech Cement, and Northern Coalfields Limited (NCL).

Through these impactful collaborations, we have successfully trained over 1,000 candidates in a range of industry-relevant skills, focusing on youth from marginalized and rural communities. Our training programs are designed to build technical expertise, boost confidence, and prepare candidates for employment in competitive job markets.

With a placement rate exceeding 75%, our efforts have resulted in meaningful employment opportunities for hundreds of individuals, contributing to financial stability and improved quality of life for their families.
